Conflicting Conclusions: The Government Assassination Investigations
The U.S. government conducted two major investigations into the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. In 1964, the Warren Commission concluded that alleged assassin Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone. Fifteen years later, in 1979, the U.S. House Select Committee on Assassinations concurred with some of the Warren Commission’s findings; though they concluded that while Oswald killed President Kennedy, the assassination was probably the result of a conspiracy.

Join us for a riveting conversation between two key figures from these investigations. For the first time ever, Howard P. Willens and G. Robert Blakey will appear together to publicly discuss the context of these investigations, their findings and why questions remain still today.
